less small talk

i'm japhet. i've always enjoyed a large array of creative outlets. from modular origami,  woodworking, and drawing to writing poetry, acting and composing music. i am rarely bored. as a kid i used to read any book i could get my hands on. as adult life started to take over i began listening to audiobooks and then podcasts. 

i've since wanted to host a podcast of my own and i've had a few ideas for different shows. none of them really sparked and kept my interest until this idea for i don't know you but...

i never liked only talking about the weather with anyone. whether it was family, friends or people i had just met. it seemed almost boring to not go deeper, to not ask better questions. 

humankind contains an endless fountain of fascinating stories. each of us having one that is uniquely our own and that is equally as complex as anyone else’s. 

this podcast will begin to scratch the surface of some of those stories.
